Abroad shipping costs

Abroad shipping costs can be seen during ordering (before submitting an order). Total amount to be paid for shipping order abroad displayed after adding products to the cart, choosing preferred delivery method and selecting form of the payment - in the summary you will notice exact value of an order. Foreign order shipping costs depend on chosen delivery method ( Poczta Polska or DPD courier), parcel weight and recipient destination country to which Store is supposed to deliver a shipment.

In case if a client choose to deliver a shipment by courier DPD/DHL and the final destination is islands outside of european continent then appropriate customs duty is added to order, which have to be paid before shipment. Customs fee is not displayed during ordering.

In that case Seller verifies customs fee amount and by e-mail sends to customer reminder for additional payment. Customs fee amount depends on weight and type of an item and it concerns territories of the countries located outside of a continent such as: Denmark, France, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, Italy. Customs fee is added to the whole area of following countries: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey and Croatia.
