Bookstore Poltax.waw.pl sends books to the whole world. Books are shipped by the Polish Post or courier GLS/DPD. The cost of shipping overseas depends only on the weight of the package and the destination country. So You only pay for what You have ordered. The cost of shipping overseas is visible while ordering. It can also be calculated by Yourself using the Overseas shipping cost calculator

Our Customers have the lowest shipping costs by GLS courier of road service in Europe. For example, the package sent by courier to Germany costs only 43 zł, and parcel to the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium and Luxembourg can be sent for only 46 zł.
International orders are sent by Polish Post priority letter or priority parcel and to selected European countries also by courier GLS. We are sending the products after the payment made by the Customer in the form of a bank transfer is booked in to our bookstore account, or after payment made by credit card or online payment DotPay.pl. We do not anticipate the possibility of sending orders abroad in the form of a COD shipment.
Forms of payment for Customers ordering from abroad
Bookstore Poltax.waw.pl offers many ways to pay toCustomers ordering from abroad. We accept payment by credit cards, electronic transfers from most banks in Poland (Dotpay.pl) and traditional bank transfer in PLN. In these cases, the payment can be also made by friend from Poland, but it's important to enter in the title of tranfer the order number and the name of the person ordering from abroad.
Bookstore Poltax.waw.pl also accepts the option of paying for a foreign currency account with the settlement currency in EURO what we wrote in detail below.

Bank transfer payment in EURO
Bookstore Poltax.waw.pl accepts the option of paying for a foreign currency account with the settlement currency in EURO
In a situation where You would prefer to made payment by a bank transfer in EURO, we need to recalculate the amount due on the EURO.
To do this, You have to place over the internet a standard order in PLN, bearing in mind that in the last step of the order, in the „comment” field enter the request eg. „Please, recalculate the summary to EURO”. When You forget about it nothing is lost, just send us a request for recalculate the summary into EURO necessarily referring to the order number.
Request for recalculation summary for EURO You can send an e-mail. This contact form is available 24 hours a day.
Other forms of contact with the bookstore service ie. Telephone, LiveChat or e-mail are available in the bookstore working hours.
After receiving the request for recalculation the summary into EURO we send information to the Customer by e-mail, which will include the amount that have to be paid in EUROS and bank account details for payments in EURO.
To recalculate the summary will be take the EURO buying rate in our bank applicable on the date of recalculation.
Payment online - fast transfers
Ordering from abroad, You can also use a secure online payment system DotPay.pl. The system accepts payment by credit cards like Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard Mobile. In addition, the secure online payment system allows You to pay by electronic transfers (home banking) basically from all banks operating in Poland.
In the case of Visa Electron cards payment is possible only if the bank card issuer accepts payment via the internet.
In DotPay service You can make payment using traditional cards (mentioned above - those whom You ususally pay in the store) or via virtual cards (issued by banks for online transactions only).
Payment by credit card.. The customer pays the equivalent of prices quoted in the PLN currency in which settles credit card with your bank. To find out the rate at which the bank - the card issuer will convert currancy, please contact Your bank - the card issuer.
Orders from abroad/folding from abroad we also accept by telephone. To help You contact with us we launched the helpline open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm::

Please for as much as it is possible to place orders via the Internet, because while placing an order by phone, there is risk of confusion, in particular when dealing with complicated names of towns, streets and companies.
Overseas shipments delivery time
Delivery time within Europe is on average about 3 - 7 working days; (However, there are situations that the consignment reaches the customer within 14 days); outside Europe 2 - 6 weeks.
